 2021년 8월 학위수여식 안내 

영예의 학위 취득을 진심으로 축하 드립니다.

2021년 8월 학위수여식은 신종 코로나 바이러스 확산 방지를 위해 학위수여식을 영상으로 촬영하여 8월 27일(금) 11시에 연세 홈페이지 및 공식 유튜브 채널에 게시하게 되었음을 알려드립니다.

석사학위 가운 및 학위모 대여, 학위 증서(학위기) 배부는 예정대로 진행하며, 인원 분산을 위하여 대여 기간을 아래와 같이 연장하여 8일간 대여합니다. 

아울러, 석사 학위가운 대여 및 석/박사 학위기 수령은 코로나19 감염 방지를 위해 일일 방문 인원을 제한하여, 홈페이지를 통한 방문예약 신청제로 시행하고자 합니다. 

이는 졸업생 여러분의 안전을 위한 불가피한 조치임을 양해하여 주시기 바라며, 지정기간 내에 학위기를 수령하지 못하더라도 추후 지정된 장소에서 학위기 수령이 가능하니 이점 참조하시기 바랍니다.

1. 2021년 8월 학위취득 예정자 조회

2021년 8월 학위취득 예정자 조회는 일반대학원 홈페이지에서 2021. 8. 12(목) ~ 2021. 8.17(화) 까지 조회가 가능합니다. (학위수여예정자 조회 매뉴얼 참조)

Ø 학위기는 본인수령이 원칙이나 대리인을 통하여 수령하고자 하는 경우에는 졸업생 신분증 원본(학생증 가능)과 대리인 신분증을 지참 후 수령이 가능합니다.

Ø 단, 대리인이 불가피하게 졸업생 신분증을 지참하지 못할 경우에는 대학원 홈페이지의 학위수여 예정자 조회(홈페이지)를 통해 졸업생이 대리인을 지정하여 졸업생 신분증 사본으로 수령하겠다고 신청해야 합니다.

2. 안 내 사 항

가. 석사 학위가운 대여 및 석/박사 학위기 수령 관련 방문 사전예약 절차(학위수여예정자 조회 매뉴얼 참조)

Ø 일반대학원 홈페이지 접속> 2021년 8월 학위수여대상자 조회 클릭-> 방문 일시 예약 신청

(석사학위가운 대여 및 석/박사 학위기 수령을 위한 방문일과 시간 사전 예약)

ü 방문 일자: 8/18(수), 8/19(목), 8/20(금), 8/23(월), 8/24(화), 8/25(수), 8/26(목) , 8/27(금)

ü 방문 시간: 오전(09:30 ~ 13:00), 오후(13:00 ~ 16:30)

나. 석사 가운 대여 및 반납 (석사학위수여 예정자 대상)

1) 세탁 · 보관료 납부 기간

- 2021. 8. 17(화) 09:30 ∼ 2021. 8. 27(금) 14:00 까지

2) 가운 대여료 납부 절차

학사포탈사이트(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → LOGIN → 학사정보시스템 → 학사 관리 → 학적 → 학위가운대여(세탁-보관료 납부) → 개인별 입금 전용 가상 계좌 확인 → 납부(석사 7천원, 신용카드 불가)

3) 석사학위 가운 대여 (주말 대여/반납 불가)

- 8/18(수), 8/19(목), 8/20(금), 8/23(월), 8/24(화), 8/25(수), 8/26(목) : 오전 9시30분 ~ 오후 4시30분

- 8/27(금) : 오전 9시30분 ~ 오후 2시

※ 유의 : 도서 미 반납 및 미 정산 시 학술정보원에 미납 도서를 반납 및 정산한 후 도서 반납 증명서를 받아서 제시해야만 석사학위가운 대여를 할 수 있음.

4) 대여 장소: 백양관 강당 S220호(백양관 2층 – 중앙도서관 우측에 위치)

5) 대여 방법: 석사 학위가운 대여는 신분증 및 가운 대여료 납부 영수증 제시 후 교부 가능

(대리인이 학위가운 대여/반납이 가능하나, 졸업생 신분증 및 대리인 신분증 지참 후 가운 대여료 영수증 제시해야 함)

6) 가운 반납: 2021. 8. 27(금) 16:30까지 (학위 가운 미 반납 시 증명서 발급 중단), 백양관 강당으로 반납

Ø 학위가운 반납은 주말을 제외한 학위가운 대여기간 내에 반납

(즉, 대여 당일 반납 안 해도 되나, 8/27(금) 16:30까지는 반납 필수)

다. 박사 학위 가운: 박사학위수여 예정자들은 개별적으로 가운, 후드, 모자 준비(박사학위가운 대여 없음)

[박사학위가운 대여 / 제작 참조 ] 성의사(http://www.gown21.com, 02-754-7650) 또는 춘추사http:/chunchoo.co.kr, 02-312-6661) 등의 가운 업체에 개별적으로 문의(권장 아님, 참조사항 임)

라. 박사학위 수여 예정자 기념사진 

신종 코로나 바이러스 확산 방지를 위해 학위수여식을 영상으로 진행하게 되어 박사학위 수여 예정자의 단체 기념사진 촬영은 진행되지 않음을 양해하여 주시기 바랍니다.

마. 학위 증서(학위기) 배부

1) 학위 증서 배부: 2021. 8. 18(수) 9시 30분부터 

2) 학위 증서 수령 장소: 백양관 대강당 S220호(백양관 2층 – 중앙도서관 우측에 위치)

Ø 8/27(금) 이후 캠퍼스별 학위기 수령(주중): 신촌캠퍼스 졸업생은 대학원(스팀슨관 2층)에서 수령

미래캠퍼스 졸업생은 미래캠퍼스 대학원에서 수령

3) 학위 증서 수령 방법 : 학위기 수령은 본인 수령이 원칙. 단, 대리인을 통하여 학위기 대리수령을 원할 경우 졸업생 신분증( 학생증 가능)과 대리인 신분증을 지참 시 배부 가능.

 [본인수령]

Ø 석사: [가운 대여자] 학위가운 반납 → 본인 신분증(필수, 학생증 가능) 제시 → 학위기 수령

[가운 미 대여자] 본인 신분증(필수, 학생증 가능) 제시 → 학위기 수령

Ø 박사: 본인 신분증(필수, 학생증 가능) 제시 → 학위기 수령

[대리수령]

Ø 대리인 수령(석/박사 학위기): 졸업생, 대리인 신분증(필수) 제시 → 학위기 수령

Ø 학위수여예정자 조회(홈페이지)으로 대리 수령 신청 시 : 홈페이지 대리인 신청 등록 화면 인쇄본과 졸업생 신분증 사본, 대리인 신분증 제시 → 학위기 수령

바. 유의사항 : 대출 도서 미 반납, 연체료 미 정산 등 도서대출 관련 미진한 사항이 있으면 8월 16(월)까지 학술정보원에 반드시 반납 및 정산을 완료해야 합니다. (8/17이후 도서 반납 시 학술정보원에서 수령한 “도서반납 확인서”를 제시해야 학위기 수령 가능.)

※ 신종 코로나 바이러스 확산 방지를 위한 협조 요청

 - 가운 대여 및 반납, 학위 증서 수령 관련 방문 인원 1인 한정 (출입 제한, 사전 방문 예약제)

- 반드시 마스크를 착용하고 방문

- 발열, 기침 증상 발현자 및 의심대상자는 방문 불가

- 석사학위 가운 대여 및 반납 시간 준수

Notice of the Graduation Ceremony (2021. 8.)

On behalf of Yonsei University graduate school, it is a pleasure and honor to award you your degree. Congratulations upon your academic achievements.

To prevent the spread of Covid-19, upcoming graduation ceremony will be replaced with an online video. The video will be available on the Yonsei University official website and official YouTube channel from 27^nd of August.

The ceremony gown rental and diploma distribution will proceed as scheduled for eight days. You need to book a time slot in order to prevent congestion and distribute the number of people. Please find the detailed information in the below section. If you are unable to visit within the designated period, you can receive the degree certificate at the Graduate School administration office, Stimson Hall. Please understand that this is an inevitable measure for the safety of all the students.

1. Check the prospective degree recipient of August 2021

Checking system will be available from 12^th of August to 17^th of August on Yonsei Graduate School website. (graduate.yonsei.ac.kr)

2. Guidelines for the Ceremony Gown Rental (for Master’s Student only)

A. Booking Process for the Ceremony Gown Rental

• Access to the Yonsei graduate school website > Check the prospective degree recipient of August 2021 > Book a time slot
• Available booking date and time
  - From 18^th Aug, 2021 (Wednesday) to 26^th Aug, 2021 (Thursday): 9.30 am ~ 16.30 pm
  (except weekend)
  - 27^th Aug, 2021 (Friday): 9.30 am ~ 14.00 pm
• Select the time zone between AM and PM
  - AM : 9.30 ~ 13.00 / PM : 13.00 ~ 16.30

B. Laundry and Keeping Fee Payment

• Payment due date
  - From 17^th Aug, 2021 (Tuesday) to 27^th Aug, 2021 (Thursday) 14:00
• Payment process
  : Login to the portal site (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) > login > Academic information > Academic information management > Academic records > Borrowing Gown (laundry-keeping fee payment) > Check the individual virtual account number > Make a payment (7000won, Credit Card is not available)

C. Rental Process 

• Location : Baekyang Hall S220 (2nd floor, located on the right side of the Main Library)
• Gown rental is available only after submitting the student ID card, and laundry and keeping fee payment receipt.
• Gowns must be returned by 16.30 pm, 27^th of August 2021. (If you do not return the gown including ceremony cap, certificate issuance service will be no longer available)

3. Guidelines for Doctoral Student

• Doctoral students must prepare gowns, hoodies, and caps on their own.
• For doctoral gown rentals, please contact to Sung-Eui Sa (http://www.gown21.com Tel: 02-754-7650), or Chun-Choo Sa (http://chunchoo.co.kr Tel 02-312-6661).

4. Diploma Distribution

• Distribution Date : 18^th of August 2021, 9.30 am ~
• Location : Baekyang Hall S220 (2nd floor, located on the right side of the Main Library)
• Process
  - For Master’s Student : Return the gown > Present students’ ID card > Receive the diploma
  - For Doctoral Student : Present students’ ID card > Receive the diploma
  - For Substitute : Present graduate student's ID card (identification card) > Receive the diploma

5. Others

• If you have any library books that need to be returned, please make sure to have everything paid and returned by 16^th of August, 2021 (Monday).
• If you return any books after the due date, you must submit the ‘도서반납증’ (Confirmation of book return) when you borrow a ceremony gown.

※ Important Notice

1) Only one person is allowed to enter the Graduate School office when renting and returning gowns, and

collecting the diploma.

2) You must wear a mask when visiting the Graduate School office.

3) Students who have any symptoms related to Covid-19 are not allowed to visit the Graduate School office.

4) You must follow the booking time for gown rental.
